Ridhi Dogra joined Shiamak Dawar Dance Institute to learn dancing. Before her acting career, she worked as a co-
producer for Zoom TV.
She made her acting debut with the TV serial, Jhoome Jiiya Re (2007). She has also hosted the independence special show Azaadi in 2012 aired on Life OK. She participated in the TV dance reality show, Nach Baliye 6 (2013) with her ex-husband, Raqesh Vashisht. In 2015, she participated in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 6. Dogra made her web series debut with Asur: Welcome to Your Dark Side (2020).
