He is mainly known for participating in shows like Dance India Dance2. Dance India Dance Li’l Masters, and Dance Ke Superstars all of which aired on Zee TV.
He has won the dance show, Boogie Woogie (TV series) and was first runner-up on Dance India Dance (season 2). He starred in ABCD: AnyBody Can Dance, ABCD 2, Street Dancer 3D and he choreographed for the movie Tees Maar Khan.

Career
He has won the dance show, Boogie Woogie (TV series) and was first runner-up on Dance India Dance (season 2). After his experience in these shows, he was also hired by Farah Khan to choreograph in the semi-hit movie Tees Maar Khan. He also runs his own dance academy in Vadodra known as the D’virus Dance Academy. Dharmesh also worked as a dancer in Marathi movie Angarki in 2013. He has worked in the film Banjo opposite Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri.
His inspiration for dance is Remo D’Souza, according to his remarks in the DID audition, he says, “Remo Sir is also a mindblowing dancer. Whenever I meet him, it’s only dance that we discuss.
He has been a mentor in all the five seasons of the dance reality show Dance plus. Besides dance, Dharmesh has appeared in movies likeABCD: AnyBody Can Dance, ABCD 2, Street Dancer 3D and ABCD: AnyBody Can Dance was hit debut movie in Bollywood. He also starred in Banjo (2016) and Street Dancer 3D (2020). Later, he participated in the reality Show Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 10.
