She made her acting debut with Telugu movie Chikati Gadilo Chithakotudu (2019). In 2020, she participated in Big Boss 14 and was second runner-up. Career
She began her career as a model in Tv commercials of various brands like Stalkbuylove, Shein etc. She made her acting debut with Telugu movie Chikati Gadilo Chithakotudu (2019) along with Adith Arun. Nikki has been appreciated for her performance in the movie. The same year she also featured in movies like, Kanchan 3 and Thippara Meesam.
In 2020, She participated in Bigg Boss 14 as a contestant. Nikki stepped out of the Bigg Boss house with the second runner-up title.
Tamboli then appeared in another reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 11 in 2021. Moreover, she was also seen in Colors TV’s game show Khatra Khatra Khatra. The show was hosted by Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya.

“My brother was just 29. He was dealing with lot of health issues since many years… 20 days back he got admitted in hospital as his lungs was collapsed. He was surviving on 1 lung. He tested positive for tuberculosis and covid in the hospital. He also got pneumonia. And today morning his heart stopped beating and responding. God has been always kind to me and my family. He saved my brother many times but as be say what is written is written in the destiny no one can ever change that. I thank all of them who prayed for my brother. He was tired of the hospital. He is in the better place and better hands. God shall take care of him.”
